What this photograph shows
A crew working on a residential tile roof. The image comes from our contractor partner’s published website. We have not attached a project address, completion date, price or customer testimonial because those details have not been supplied for this page.
Ask for examples relevant to your roof
When speaking with a contractor, ask for examples involving a similar roof material and type of work. A replacement portfolio may not answer the same questions as a leak repair example. Ask what problem was addressed, what work was included and what constraints affected the project.
Use photographs alongside a written proposal
Photos can help you understand the contractor’s work, but they do not establish what your own roof needs. Ask how the proposed scope relates to the inspection findings on your property. Compare the written materials, exclusions, cleanup and warranty terms before making a decision.
